Support that was given to the women
At Body & Soul Initiative, we believe that women and young people are powerful agents of change within their communities. Empowering them is key to promoting sustainable livelihoods and long-term community development.
As part of our empowerment programs, we recently supported a group of women by providing sheep as a source of income and economic stability. This initiative is aimed at enabling beneficiaries to engage in livestock farming, generate household income, and improve their overall standard of living.
Through such interventions, we not only address immediate needs but also promote self-reliance and financial independence. The sheep provided can be bred and multiplied over time, creating lasting benefits for families and the wider community.
In addition, our programs continue to focus on mentorship, skills development, and entrepreneurship support to ensure that women and youth are equipped to build better futures for themselves.
